Reynolds and Reynolds recently announced a number of new functions and enhancements available for the company’s ERA-IGNITE dealership management system (DMS) for automotive retailers.
Each ERA-IGNITE application features an advanced graphical user interface (GUI) and architecture to help dealerships further improve the productivity of their employees and the profitability of their operations. ERA-IGNITE’s easy-to-use, Windows-based design reduces the number of keystrokes and screens it takes for users to complete core business transactions and provides more business information at users’ fingertips.
One of the newest features of ERA-IGNITE is Retail Management Intelligence, a single point for a dealership’s reporting needs. Retail Management Intelligence puts critical business information at dealership decision-makers’ fingertips. As a complement to the standard application reports and user-defined reports available in Retail Management Intelligence, the Dashboard Reporting feature offers decision makers up-to-the-minute snapshots of dealership departments and critical business processes.
Reynolds also has added a number of new applications and enhancements to ERA-IGNITE for 2012, including new and used vehicle posting screens in Accounting, a new Service application to help dealers better manage service appointments, and the Technician Dispatching application.
Reynolds unveiled the latest enhancements to ERA-IGNITE at the 2012 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Feb. 4-6.
